After the Hugo Kaagman retrospective a new urban art exhibition: Sometimes it helps to dream, showing the art work of streetartist Laser 3.14, in the artKitchen Gallery in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. 

Laser 3.14, the Amsterdam-based streetartist, is well-known for his poetry placed on temporary materials, like fences, containers, portables and scaffolding throughout Amsterdam, London and other European cities. Laser 3.14 shows in this exhibition his artwork: fine drawings, triptychs, paintings and collages, which do not have the transience of his poetry on the streets, but at least the same impact on the viewer. The captive imageries are filled with expressiveness and poetry just like his streetwork.

Sometimes it helps to dream, expo Laser 3.14, opens on January 24, and runs through March 13, 2010.
